* Embroidery Applique patch TOTALLY PERSONALIZABLE!
* Patch is approx. 3 3/4”x 3 3/4” in size
* Machine Embroidered on cotton blend twill
* IRON ON backing.
* This patch cannot be ironed on Leather, Nylon or Plastic. For this, you should sewn or glued in place.

IRON ON PATCH
* It is best to iron your garment prior, to get rid of any wrinkles
* Remove the release paper on the back of the patch.
* Place the patch on the place you want it to be. Make sure it is level.
* Take the piece of light fabric and put over the patch, prior to ironing.
* Set your iron on wool setting
* Keep iron moving for 4 to 6 seconds with 3 pounds per square inch. This will tack it into place.
* Now turn inside out and adjust heat to linen or high setting. Press vigorously for 20 - 25 seconds. This step will draw the adhesive from the embroidery patch to the garment.
* Place patch aside for 48 hours for it to fasten securely to the fabric.

GLUE ON PATCH
* Fabric glue can be used on iron-on patches as an alternative method of attachment. Apply a thin, even layer of fabric glue to the back of the patch and press firmly onto the fabric surface.
* Press it firmly onto the item. (I suggest placing something heavy like a book on top of the patch while it is drying)
* Let the glue sit for an hour so it can set. Afterward, test the edges by lifting them. If the patch comes off, you did not put enough on and you will need to re-apply the glue and wait another hour.
*** Please allow patch to dry at least 48 hours for the most effective use. All of the above averages are to serve as a guideline only. they have to be adjusted to reflect the thickness and heat flow through the fabrics invoiced. Thicker fabrics will require a higher pressure.
WASHING
After patch is applied, allow to dry. Do not wash for 48 hours.
When washing, turn the item inside out, wash in cold or warm water and HANG TO DRY (do not place in dryer).
